How do we communicate a progressive vision for urban mobility to an industry audience?

Demonstrate the commitment to the vision by creating an immersive experience showcasing cutting-edge mobility solutions.

The Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Centre in Singapore (HMGICS) is the world’s first city-oriented innovation hub that is spearheading a paradigm shift in urban mobility. As part of the Singapore International Transport Congress and Exhibition 2022, HMGICS was invited to showcase their vision for smart and sustainable mobility in the city of the future to over 4000 trade visitors and international delegates.

We collaborated with the HMGICS team to create an immersive experience at their booth which highlighted their next-level mobility solutions and also brought to the forefront HMGICS’ vision for a new way of urban living.

Content Curation

As HMGICS was looking to showcase mobility solutions from different partners and companies under Hyundai Motor Group (i.e. the IONIQ 5 and E-pit, Hyundai Rotem’s hydrogen fuel cell tram, and Motional’s Robotaxi), we curated key content points and developed an overall narrative around the product offerings which spoke to HMGICS’ overall vision for the future or urban mobility.

Space Design

To create a cohesive experience, the exhibition flow was designed to give visitors the flexibility to explore the narratives of featured companies in distinct sections, while using design and copy to tie the content back to key themes.

Interactive Elements

Interactive components were also integrated into the booth, where visitors can see firsthand the unique features of the upcoming innovation hub through touch sensor enabled buttons.

Pamphlet Design

To further drive home the booth’s key messaging, we also designed and produced a pamphlet that was distributed to visitors.
