EDB Advanced Manufacturing Pocket Guide

Services

How do we drive consideration amongst international businesses of Singapore as a global hub for advanced manufacturing (AM)?

Communicate Singapore’s growth and bold ambitions for the industry.

As part of their efforts to engage with international manufacturers, the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) tasked us to create and design an engaging pocket guide that highlights the reasons why Singapore is a conducive location for AM operations. Specifically, the guide aims to speak directly to companies who are interested in setting up base in Singapore by presenting the city-state as a gateway to leverage growth opportunities in Southeast Asia.

Content development

Drawing inspiration from Singapore’s ‘Manufacturing 2030’ vision, we developed an editorial narrative that drew on ideas of connection, speed and forward momentum, capturing the transformation of Singapore’s AM sector and its bold ambitions for the future.

Tone of voice

By adopting a positive and forward-looking tone, the content positions Singapore as the AM hub in Asia for companies looking to accelerate their operations globally. In particular, the chapter headers encapsulate this narrative of growth by highlighting the country’s role as a catalyst in allowing manufacturers to scale up and entrench themselves in the SEA region and beyond.

Infographic

To keep the information bite-sized and digestible, key content points and case studies were visualised through dynamic infographics for impact and easy recall.
