Getting visitors in a busy mall interested in our defence story
Situated in a large and busy mall, we knew that we had to design the SAF50@Vivo exhibition to cater to shoppers who would need both incentive to engage and also multiple entry points to grab their attention from wherever they were. Anchored around “story-clusters” that paid tribute to the groups that make up our armed forces, the variety of stories allowed the exhibition to appeal to both young and older visitors alike depending on their interest.
A mix and physical interactive displays were used to encourage audience engagement with the exhibition.
Introducing a simple task-and-redemption system provided ambassadors with a meaningful way to engage with visitors.
Building on the mall context, patrons could redeem points earned for collaterals of their choice.
